Frazig salvia in butter gives that little extra tone that does a lot for a right. Here, the fresh, cheese-filled tortellini, broccoli and pecorino meet in a simple combination that feels a little more lavish than it is. This is a great choice when you want to cook something good without standing long in the kitchen.
