The smell of garlic, soy and ginger that sinks in the pot is far enough to get the frame feeling at home. Here you get a simple, homemade version of the Japanese noodle soup, with noodles in a full broth and topped with prayer caves, sesame seeds and other good. A right that is quick to get together, but still feels really well thought out.
