Cooking Time45 m
Ingredients9
DifficultyMedium
Broccoli gets a soft and slightly unexpected lift when mixed with dragon and crème fraiche to a len puré. It fits nicely with strained salmon, where the fresh taste makes company without taking over. Top with raids and serve with freshly cooked potatoes at the side.
