Pasta Bolognese with Left
Cooking Time1 h 30 m

DifficultyMedium
High reefs give this pasta a real depth, and with red wine, sardells and rotselleria, the sauce becomes both musty and well balanced. This is a bolognese that can put long on the stove, while the kitchen is filled with that warm, dark fragrance that promises good. Once it ends up on the plate, it feels a little extra festive, without losing its rustic soul.
