Light sparris with Swedish pesto
Cooking Time30 m
Ingredients12
DifficultyEasy
Sparris really takes place on the grill, but also gets nice on the forehead if it is easier. Here we make our own pesto with parsley, dill and sunflower seeds instead of the pre-purchased. It tastes healthy and herbal, and also works well for those who do not tolerate nuts.
