Lambs with Cryptal Heat Cover
Cooking Time1 h 30 m
Ingredients13
DifficultyMedium
Lammstek and ours often go hand in hand, and here it gets the company of a green, phrasy cover with finely hacked herbs, garlic, panko and ripped parmesan. It gives both extra taste and a nice little lift on the plate. Rapid meat, fragrance of garlic and an area that becomes easily crispy in the oven – more is not really needed.
