Indian lens curry with couscous
Cooking Time30 m
Ingredients8
DifficultyEasy
The tomatoes get pinched together with couscous and green lenses to a mild stew that fits well for small stomachs. A little cream and milk round off everything and make it soft in the taste. When the curry goes down the pot, that warm, spicy fragrance that directly gives the right spreads an Indian feel.
