Horchata is a cute rice drink that often shows up in Latin American cuisine, especially in Mexico, and it is found in many versions. Here the rice is joined by almonds, cinnamon and condensed milk, providing a soft, nutty drink with fine seal and heat in the taste. Serve it properly cold when you want something cool and a little extra good.
