A stroganoff with halloumi, red lenses and white beans becomes really satiating and good, with crushed tomatoes that give the sauce a warm and round taste. The cheese is fine to switch to vegan variant, and the honey can be replaced with agave syrup if you want to make the right completely vegan. This is simple everyday food that takes care of itself on the stove.
