Vanilla glass, dark chocolate sauce and orange are such a combination that feels both simple and unexpected at the same time. The healthy fruit and spicy basilica give the dessert a staggering lift, and it is quick to swing together as well. Just make sure to have a really sharp knife when cutting the orange gaps.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • Step: 1
    100 g dark chocolate
  • Step: 2
    2 dl visual cream (36%)
  • Step: 3
    2 pc oranges
  • Step: 4
    1/2 pc potting basilica
  • Step: 5
    1/2 l vanilla glass
  • Step: 6
    4 pc digestive

Instructions

  • Step: 1
Break the chocolate in small pieces. Heat the cream and put the chocolate down and melt it during stirring. Wash an orange and tear the outermost of the shell. Mix it in the chocolate sauce.
  • Step: 2
Cut off the shell of both oranges. Cut them in random gaps or in fine pieces. Pick the basilica (saving 4 fine leaves to garnish) and shred the rest. Mix the basilica with the orange pieces.
  • Step: 3
Distribute the ice cream in 4 coupe glasses or bowls. Put the orange on the ice cream, pour the chocolate sauce and crumble a digestive biscuit on each serving.
