Fresh Fillow with Peanuts
Cooking Time45 m
Ingredients12
DifficultyEasy
A stew quickly becomes much more fun when salty peanuts come along. Here, fried pork-file gets to sing in cream, curry and chili sauce, and when everything is served with rice and a crispy cabbage salad, it becomes both simple and good. Slow the salty nuts over the last time, the dish gets some extra sting and crunch.
