Flower cabbages that get some color in the oven, crispy raids and a fresh click of lime and jalapeñomajonnäs make these tacos hard to resist. The heart leaf salad gives a nice bite and keeps everything light and fresh. This is vegotacos with a lot of sting, without feeling complicated.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • Step: 1
    5 pc raids
  • Step: 2
1 1/2 pc the heart salad
  • Step: 3
1 1/2 pc small tortilla bread of corn & wheat
  • Step: 4
    2 msk oil
  • Step: 5
    1 pc flower head
  • Step: 6
1 pc bag spice paste (preferably veggie tacos, à 100 g)
  • Step: 7
    1/2 dl water
  • Step: 8
    1 dl roasted pumpkin seeds
  • Step: 9
1 pc bottle of salsa (preferably tomato salsa, à 155 g)
  • Step: 10
1 can lime and jalapeño mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Step: 1
Cut the raids in the slices and rough salad. Put everything aside on a barrel.
  • Step: 2
Heat the bread in a hot, dry pan of medium heat, about 10 seconds per page until they are a little roasted and puff up. Put the heated bread under a kitchen towel for heating.
  • Step: 3
Break the flower head in small bouquets. Heat up oil in a pan. Put in the flower cabbages and wait about 2 minutes before stirring, so they get really brown. When the cauliflower has a nice color and is a little soft, add spice paste and water during stirring. Remove the heat.
  • Step: 4
For serving: Serve all the ingredients at the table including salsa and mayonnaise and preferably glue lifts and corianders. Let each one build their tacos.
