Citrusposset with Hallon

Lemon posset is a classic British dessert where cream and lemon can boil together to something silky and healthy. It reminds me of pannacotta, but without gelatin, and it is the simplicity that makes it so good. Sad, sweet and lens at the same time – and it’s surprisingly quick to throw together.
