Chicken and bitch masala is a combination that always feels right in the kitchen. With a finished bitch masala sauce, it is quick to get those well-known spices, without messing to it. There comes a bowl with peas and yogurt, which becomes a healthy and soft contrast to the hot chicken. Feel free to serve with saffron rice and hot naan bread on the side.
