Cooking Time30 m

DifficultyEasy
Gratinated goat cheese, or chèvre chaud, is one of those little dishes that always feels right when guests get something good before dinner. Let the nuts get a short lap in the oven and top with a squatty honey right at serving. It gets hot, nutty and fairly luxurious without messing to it.
Ingredients
4 servings
- Step: 1200 g goat cheese (chèvrerulle)
- Step: 24 slice white form bread
- Step: 32 msk butter
- Step: 42 msk pinjeuts
Instructions
- Step: 1Put the oven at 250°C.
- Step: 2Cut the cheese in 4 or 8 discs depending on whether it is a thick (about 80 mm in diameter) or narrow (about 40 mm in diameter) roll (for 4 ports).
- Step: 3Cut out rounds of the shape bread in the same size as the goat cheats. Stop the bread in the butter in a pan on both sides.
- Step: 4Put the bread on an oven sheet with baking sheet paper. Put on the cheese discs and gratinize first for 3 minutes in the upper part of the oven. Sprinkle over peanuts and gratinize for another 3 minutes or until the nuts have received a nice color.
- Step: 5Ring over some honey and serve on a bed with salad leaves.
