Rivet apple, cardoma and a small tone of rosemary make this cake juicy and fragrant even when it is creamed. At the top is a lens of fresh cheese with honey that rounds off everything nicely. Stick in some rose marine twists and you have a cake that looks as inviting as it tastes.

Instructions

  • Step: 1
Put the oven at 175°C. Butter and dress a shape about 24 cm in diameter (for 12 pieces).
  • Step: 2
Melt the butter and let go. Remove the apples roughly on a rip iron and hug out as much fluid as possible with your hands.
  • Step: 3
Hack the rosemary (save fine twigs to decoration). Mix flour, vanilla sugar, cardoma, baking soda, bicarbonate, salt and rosemary in a bowl.
  • Step: 4
View eggs and sugar powdery and bright in a bunke. Pipe in the apple and melt butter and turn in the dry ingredients. Take over in the form. Rescue far down the oven about 40 minutes until the cake gets paint, feel with a stick that it is finished and is not clad in the middle. Let cool in shape.
  • Step: 5
Frosting: Stir up fresh cheese, honey and salt. Let stand in cold while the cake is creamed and cool. Wide the frosting over the cake and decorate with rosemary.
